05.01.2022 Well what a week !! This last week has been the end of 10yrs in the health and fitness industry. Outdoor training, having multiple gyms and locations, training 1000’s of people and helping so many lives along side my own has been a glimpse at my journey. ... To all my family and friends who have been there at some stage along the way, I thank you dearly. To all my coaches, mentors and colleagues, your support and knowledge has made me who I am. This is by no want the end of my journey in this industry but just a change in direction. I will still be doing my consulting work and teaching but the running of gyms has come to an end. Big love to all of you and I truly am grateful for every experience I’ve had and to say it has given me an amazing life is an understatement. My wife @mrs_lucy_george and kids !!
