23.01.2022 Welcome to rodent season. They couldn't care less or they damage in which they inflict on your property to leave you to foot the repair bill. 11.01.2022 Rattus rattus known officially as the roof rat. Looks like a green teeth eating incisor machine. They invade sub floors and roofs. He must have been drinking beers with his mates and wanted to see how much damage they can do possibly? Their incisors which is their two front teeth basically constantly need to be filed down as they are forever growing. Lets hope the electrical wiring is still intact and free from gnawing damage as this roof was not safe to enter and inspect.

09.01.2022 Chemicals? Are they safe? Do they cause harm to my family? Well to best answer your question is what chemical are they applying, how are they applying it, have you vacated the property during and post treatment, what experience does the operator have in applying these chemicals and essentially how much training has gone into the individual before given a full license? These are the questions you need to ask yourself and the operator who is carrying out these treatments. When ...the operator mentions they are child and pet friendly safe they are misleading you and giving you false information. They are basically cowboys in the industry and tell them the nearest rodeo is down the road and they can practice their industry discipline at that location! 06.01.2022 Given this message shown above this is really what I wanted to hear today. According to the health department there is over 1000 pest controllers within Victoria and only one is willing to dedicate his time along my side to assist these people who are misfortunate and simply cannot afford pest control. Buddy you know who you are and frankly you are a blessing to this earth. 06.01.2022 This technology tracks areas known to activity for rodents, their entry points, urine stains, footsteps with bait as it travels through their body notating where they are going and hiding within a structure which makes it quite brilliant in tracking rodents but in this instance it picked up a floor that has sunken with silicone traces. The previous owner maybe wanted to make the home air tight maybe? Anyway it's one of a kind I must say.

Possums live, breathe and will invade your private space then cause havoc to your property then Forefront Pest Control will go to work to safeguard your property from that point on. Mind yourself for a second James and I were that committed we did this job in the rain that's how determined we were in getting this possums out of this property. I guess when you are that determined you get anything done no matter what the circumstances. Possums were gone within 24 x hours and then a week later we sealed up the remainder of the holes then baited for roof rat as this property had pests along with many roof leaks. This property really did have the cannon and the ball. But we got through it to live another day!
