15.01.2022 I scream, you scream, we all scream for kulfi! Often described as traditional Indian ice cream, kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert that is much denser and creamier than regular ice cream. Ours is flavoured with fig and pistachio and served with a homemade pistachio macaron and white chocolate ganache you’ll want to leave some room for this one

Our naan is cooked in a traditional tandoor oven, where the dough is stuck directly on the walls of the tandoor and the heat is much higher than a regular oven over 370 degrees Celsius! The result is a supple, chewy flatbread that’s oh-so-satisfying to tear into.
