19.01.2022 From midnight tonight, South Australians will pause and create a 6 day circuit breaker that will enable us to get ahead of the Parafield Cluster. This means al...l non-essential workers must stay home and only leave for groceries and medical supplies. Our decision to go hard and go early is based on the advice of our world class health team. I know the restrictions we have put in place will be challenging for many South Australians, but the alternative is the virus escapes into the wider community forcing an even longer lockdown. Like many businesses we have faced the challenges of 2020 and continued to provide the service and technical support our customers have needed. We are looking forward to a much brighter 2021 and the continued and valued relationships we have with each and every one of you. Our dedicated team will be taking a short break over t...he Christmas and New Year period to recharge our batteries and enjoy time with family and friends. We will be officially CLOSED from 12noon on Thursday 24th December 2020, until 8:30am on Monday 4th January 2021. 09.01.2022 The Government’s decision to allow early access to superannuation has helped many people through the COVID-19 crisis; however cybercriminals have also been taki...ng advantage of the initiative by stealing South Australians’ Superannuation funds via the scheme. Criminals have stolen money from Superannuation funds by completing fraudulent online applications to access the money. Scammers have also made phone calls and sent emails to Super fund members pretending to be agents to help them through the application process. They may also ask for the members’ personal details and passwords for accessing super accounts online. South Australia Police advise the community to check their Super fund accounts for any anomalies and offer the following prevention advice - Refrain from giving out personal information over the phone. If in doubt, hang up and call the company back on a reputable, known number. Be cautious about any phone call, SMS or email about early access to your super fund as you will normally not be contacted by your Super fund this way. The application process is managed by the ATO and eligible people will need to apply through myGov not their super fund or any third party.
