22.01.2022 Don't you love this quote from Nelson Mandella? This is exactly the same as us resenting our doctors for not fixing us. You are the one responsible for your own... health, you just haven't been taught the intricacies of thyroid health yet. That's all. When you have had enough of not feeling heard, or not knowing why you still feel awful. When you are done with feeling helpless and hiding your true state of health from your family and friends behind the mask of a smile you have learned to wear for so long... let me know. Then let me help you... Love & Antidote Hugs Kylie x Would you like to know how Thyroid School can help you improve your thyroid health? Purchase a copy of The Thyroid Encyclopedia here: http://bit.ly/Thyroidschool-77 (Amazon) http://bit.ly/Thyroidschool-80 (Booktopia) http://bit.ly/thyroidschool-72 (Barnes & Noble) Join the online Thyroid Pathway Program here: http://bit.ly/Thyroidschool-74 These two things will give you the foundation to help you understand and make choices between all of the thyroid and dietary protocols that are out there. Most of them are brilliant, but first you need to know your own unique Thyroid Pathway and how to translate the Thyroid Language to be able to choose the one that is best for your unique sparkly self. It’s not called Thyroid School for nothing. It is up to you to do the work, that’s why until now you probably have not been getting better (otherwise you wouldn’t be here wink wink). Are you ready to put in the work, and receive the answers? I would love to guide you if you are!

21.01.2022 You've heard the expression use it or lose it? Sometimes this is literally true. As we reach our later years, a process called fibrosis occurs where muscles degenerate and become thick with fibrotic tissue. It's not reversible but it IS preventable through movement and exercise.

21.01.2022 This is why affirmations work so well.

21.01.2022 This may come in handy, if you don’t make it to Bowen.

20.01.2022 Essential oil can be used to boost your immunity and to help treat a fever. If you have tee tree, eucalyptus, lemon, lemongrass, rosemary, clove, cinnamon or peppermint oils put some on you collar for some added protection when you go out, or just because they smell nice. https://www.healthline.com/health/essential-oils-for-fever

20.01.2022 For patients who may have experienced a physical injury, it's important to be aware that the way we move differently when in pain, might actually contribute to the development of persistent pain.

13.01.2022 Blowing my mind this morning. This has to be a new feature Surely?

12.01.2022 Feeling anxious can be very overwhelming. It can take control of us no matter how hard we try to ignore it or think positive thoughts. When we ignore our feel...ings or we push them deep down they can cause a blockage of free flowing energy in our body. This will eventually manifest into a physical symptom such as pain, dis-ease, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship problems and the list goes on. Your body is an incredible healer and knows exactly what it needs to restore it back to health. Feeling anxious is your body talking to you. It is telling you what you need to look at so you can break free from the fear you are experiencing and take back your power. Start a new relationship with your anxiety, see and feel it. Become intimate with it and soon you will feel a lot more comfortable in the moment and be able to observe what it is trying to tell you. You have the power to heal xx Anxious Soul

12.01.2022 Yes it is!! Why am I saying this? Because all too often when we are on a healing journey we get stuck on a certain piece of information or belief. Suddenly afte...r years of believing it, we learn something that contradicts it and it is really hard to accept it, no matter what the proof is that backs the new information. I'm here to say that many times in my healing journey of many many years, I have been set in my beliefs about a certain food or supplement or even healing modality etc and then when I learn something different, some new research, it challenges me to accept that maybe what I believed all this time has not been entirely accurate. When that has happened it has taken me a little while to give myself permission to change my mind and try the new piece of information with an open mind to see how it affected me. It is always hard to do, but only we can give ourselves permission to change our healing journey, change our diet, change our protocol, change our practitioner or simply change our mind. I put this to the test just recently with my trip to India and experience Ayurvedic Medicine, which included eating rice everyday You can read about it here: http://bit.ly/2Mx61Wg Has this happened to you? What have you had to give yourself permission to change your mind about? Love & Hugs Kylie x

11.01.2022 If you've got a sore throat, head to the pantry or vegetable garden to see if you've got some Sage leaves handy. In Western herbal medicine, Sage leaves are tra...ditionally used as topical applications to relieve inflamed mucous membranes of the throat and oral cavity. You can make a Sage gargle at home by putting 2 teaspoons of fresh or dried sage leaves in a teacup then pouring boiling water over it. Cover the cup and leave the tea to brew until it completely cools. Then strain it and use it to gargle for a few moments before spitting the liquid out. In some circumstances, your natural health professional may mix a tailor-made herbal gargle for you that also incorporates other herbs, so talk to them about what's most appropriate for your personal circumstances. 08.01.2022 In this remarkable study out of China, men and women with a history of chronic liver disease showed a stunning 70% risk reduction for developing liver cancer wh...en they ate at least 11 grams daily of celery. Celery was the most powerful food for reducing #cancer risk in this study, with the exception of allium #vegetables (which includes garlic, onions, leeks and chives). Despite its lack of calories, celery is rich in #antioxidants such as luteolin, lunularin, bergapten, and vitamin C. It’s also a good source of fiber and vitamin K and is one of the few foods in our diet to supply polyacetylenes (like falcarinol) which have shown potent anticancer properties in multiple studies.
