17.01.2022 Off on a walk to visit the animals. Chickens are enjoying their paddock, cows are happily chewing their afternoon tea, sheep are content and lambs are investigating the old well shed. I even saw a family of ducks in the middle dam!

16.01.2022 Continued my walk down to the Winter Wetlands. What a beautiful spot. I have photos that I will put in the next post - but photos alone won't do it justice... "so much serenity"

13.01.2022 Potential future private (tent) camping area. Alan and I are tossing up whether or not to open the Winter Wetlands up to couples for camping. Obviously, it would not be suitable for children (the dam is metres away, snakes are even closer, and don't even get me started on the drop bears ...). But it's a stunning place to visit this time of year (June to October) - the photos say it all.
