19.01.2022 Dear Customers, This week is Bus Safety Week which is aimed at raising awareness for all road users on how to stay safe on and around buses, helping to reduce injuries and fatalities. Pedestrians are a group that needs to take extra care around buses. The following points are a great reminder of how to remain safety conscious:... Wait until the bus has gone and find a safe place to cross the road. Plan ahead and do not rush for the bus. Follow the road rules and cross with care. Buses are heavy vehicles and cannot stop quickly. Buses have blind spots in front, at the back and at the sides. We all have a part to play. If you would like more information on what part you can play, please visit www.BeBusAware.com.au #BusSafetyWeek #BeBusAware #schoolbus #school #safety #roadsafety #pedestriansafety #buses #transport #sydney
