07.01.2022 Very briefly about the breed of my cats: A single standard for Siberian and Neva Masquerade cats was adopted in Russia in 1990. Over time, Siberian "colour-point" is recognized by the world cat federations (CFA, GCCF, SACC, TICA, LOOF, WCF (in Australia ANCATS)). The basic colours of the coat: seal-point, blue-point, red-point,cream-point, tortie-point. Also, all these types of colours "tabby" and all these colors "with white (... & white)". During hot season, the fur of the ...cats gets darker. The colour of the eyes are from bright blue to light blue only. The full development of the body of cat reaches at the age around 5 years. That large breed (some cats reach 10 kg of body weight) with a well developed bone structure and musculature. Females are more graceful than males. Usually, cats have excellent health and a long lasting life. This breed can live in different weather conditions. The fur of the breed is long or semi-long, dense, water repellent. They are changing the fur in our climate in the summer only, which makes it easier to keep a house clean. Neva Masquerade has a calm, balanced character. In communicating with people they feel the mood of their owner and they are unobtrusive. They like to listen and talk to their owners. This breed is excellent hunters and get along well with other pets. Cats very good with children.
