20.01.2022 For health reasons I have slowly introduced a vegan diet! The only thing that stopped me from being fully blown Vegan was having milk in my coffee Over the last few weeks iv fazed it out!! I can now say i am vegan I have to say I feel mush more energised, feel healthy and have started to drop weight. Lets get this week over and see what the doctors results come back with, fingers crossed all good news xx
