16.01.2022 Posted @withregram @alexa_ray_pt Client spotlight Meet Emma! She’s been dedicated to training with me at Forever Fitnation three times a week. Her goal at the start of the year was to feel healthier, stronger and more confident in her own skin prior to her wedding scheduled for next week. Due to Covid restrictions she’s opted to wait until next year to tie the knot. Despite this, Emma still continued to work towards her personal goals; attending PT sessions (outdoors dur...ing covid with distancing), as well as home exercise programs I assigned to her. We also made some small changes to her diet which has been manageable and achievable long term. Emma’s has lost more than 5 cm from her stomach, waist and hips. Not only has she dropped in body fat percentage but she is also moving much faster, stronger and more efficiently in every session! A shining example of rising above circumstances and not allowing them to become excuses. Well done Emma- You’re an absolute pleasure to train and I’m very proud of you x

Now I have gotten into a routine to get in 5 sessions week, even when some days I don’t feel as motivated I now have that discipline and mind set to get it done. My workouts consist of running/ stairs (1-2 times a week), weights/resistance ( 2-3 times a week) and HIIT style sessions (1-2 times a week). 04.01.2022 Posted @withregram @emilylittle.x 8 weeks progress, 4.5kgs gone and 34cms. Thank you to my amazing trainer @amysmithpt_ for helping me feel fitter, stronger and healthier every day. Before coming to Amy I ate what I wanted, did little to no exercise and just felt down about myself, I’ve completely changed my mindset and now eat healthy and train with Amy 2-3 times a week and not only have seen changes with my body but in my mind aswell and have felt happier and healthier then I ever have. Having unconditional support from my parents and partner has motivated me and helped me more then they could imagine. Got a long way to go but any progress is good progress @ Gold Coast, Queensland
