21.01.2022 Halloween is celebrated every year on October 31. Everyone participates in the fun of Halloween but only a few are aware of its origins. The tradition came from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, pronounce as Som-win, Celts celebrate it during the division of the year between the lighter half of the year or the end of summer and the coming of winter. The Ancient Celts located in the two hills of the Boyne Valley celebrate the eve of Samhain (Halloween) with a Great Fire... Festival, A Feast was prepared in honour of their ancestors and invited home, whilst harmful spirits were warded off. Food was prepared for the living and the dead and was shared with the less fortunate people. Bones of the slaughtered livestock were cast to the fire, they wore costumes and masks to disguise themselves as harmful spirits and thus avoid harm. As the roman empire conquered the majority of Celtic Territory, Samhain was incorporated with the Roman and Christian Traditions. Soon, Pope Gregory III designated November 1 as a time to honor Saints. Happy Halloween Everyone!

Flights shall resume on 13 April 2020. We continue to operate INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS up to 11:59PM March 19, 2020. We will announce in due course the status of our international flights from March 20 up to April 12, as we are presently coordinating with government authorities on the relevant implementing details.
