24.01.2022 A great interview of Stan Longinidis from a year or two ago by footy legend, Aaron Lord. Ive flown Stan and business partner Maria to my humble Academy at least 6 times. I always take so much away! Do yourself a favour and set aside 20mins to watch the whole interview. Dont scroll through it... Sit, watch and learn what the once most famous Kickboxer on the planet did for his legacy.

23.01.2022 A beautiful memorial for our fallen Warrior Linden yesterday. A sad but needed day for us as we gave him a fitting tribute. We shared a sad goodbye and some great stories once back at the gym. Gone but never forgotten. Always in our memories, forever in our heart. Love you mate

18.01.2022 Liam O’Regan and Paul Panos in action on the weekend for boxing state titles. Did you know.... our Forged Warriors Muay Thai head trainer Liam O’Regan fought Paul the sting Slowinski (who went on to become the world heavy weight Muay Thai champion) for a state kickboxing title at this venue back in 1998. Many years after retiring from Muay Thai Liam took up boxing under head trainer Paul Panos and in 2011 won a state boxing title & was awarded most courageous boxer of the year with Paul in his corner. 18.01.2022 Its been a good two weeks back at the gym. In this vid you can see Reece working the morgan bag. Reece has been training hard & consistently since he entered our gym. He was ready for Stan the Man cup before it was cancelled due to COVID. Despite that he maintained his discipline- doing the online classes during the closure. Keep up the good work mate, your time will come. ... Next week we can have 20 per class so bookings wont be necessary.

17.01.2022 Thank you to all who came in last night to honour our great friend, Linden. It was a very hard address to give as I am hurting deeply. Linden was my best man at our wedding and has been the hugest help for our gym. He was always there training hard smashing pads, sparring or lifting weights. He was a massive support to anyone fighting and a good friend to all. He literally put roofs over some of our students heads and gave jobs to others. It will never be the same without him! Love you champ Remember to look out for each other as this is a hard time for us all! (photo is only those who trained, there was many others who came in)

15.01.2022 Another great week of online classes done. Im seeing the improvements in everyones kicking skills, which we have focused on so much lately. All students and especially fighters should aim to learn all the skills they can and become well rounded dynamic martial artists. The online sessions have been without doubt the most intensive kick training weve ever had the opportunity to do. I am feeling that even my kicks are returning to what they once were with all the strength/st...retch kicking work we have been doing. Thought Id throw a couple of extra kicks after class last night. .... had to test the leg room in the new club shorts

14.01.2022 Brilliant performance from our 2 fighters tonight. Costa lost in a very close fight. Big congratulations to him for having his first fight. Ida won her bout in a great, tough battle and takes home the Challenger belt. Great work!!

10.01.2022 As we gear up for our first night of sparring for months, we will take a look back at Lindens first win. I remember it so well. When the fight was over, he came back to our corner and put his two arms on the top rope. I will never forget, he looked me straight in the eyes with the hugest smile on his face. He knew he had done it, bagged his first win! What a moment and a memory to cherish forever. We will never forget it champ!!

08.01.2022 Ida and Costa will be boxing tonight. Unfortunately Brando was matched also but became unwell this week and had to pull out. Everyone has trained exceptionally hard and are more than ready for battle tonight. I would normally say come along and support but there is no crowd allowed at this event.
