12.01.2022 @jasonfaulkner_mode recently completed our #Forge Real Food Challenge, read below to see his review of the six week challenge or swipe to see his before and after For me, the Real Food Challenge was a little different to the rest of the group... I had two goals in mind at the start: (1) to cut my alcohol intake down drastically. I work at a winery, so I am surrounded by wine all day long, and I was consuming from 3-5 glasses a night, every night. I am not going to lie an...d say that I cut out alcohol all together, but I am down to having 3-4 glasses a week. This is a HUGE win for me, and something I am going to carry on in the future. (2) the second goal was to kick start and re-motivate myself to get back into some fitness, to get my body moving and to WANT to do it. I lost the drive to train last year, and I was heading down a lazy path. I can easily say that I am BACK! I am not looking to compete anymore, but I am happily training 4-5 days a week, moving smoothly, and feeling fantastic. I’d like to extend a huge thanks to Chris for the support he gave me those few times I needed it. I can not recommend this challenge enough to everyone who wants to change their lifestyle for the better. These fires have been burning since September with 12.35 million acres of land burnt so far and more than a thousand homes and numerous lives lost.
