25.01.2022 Back... to (almost!) normal! We’ve loved doing Forge in smaller groups these past few weeks but in God’s kindness the latest round of relaxed restrictions in NSW mean that from THIS Friday we can meet again at our normal time, year 7-12 all together! Phew You may have noticed that this week is also the last week of term, so we’re actually going to have a SURPRISE social this week so we can start term 3 fresh!... no permission note or $ needed! We’ll be meeting onsite sorry, no dinner provided. in case you’ve forgotten our usual meeting time (fair enough, we’ve had a lot of change!), we meet 7-9pm. But please come from 6:50 as we will be enjoying some winter warmers before we begin. Get amongst it for a and (with marshmallows obviously!). SO stoked to hang out and round out a crazy term with a super fun night!

Don’t forget our social this Friday where we will find the King or Queen of Forge This will be held at church at normal time, no permission note or anything required but bring yourself and a friend for a super fun night!

22.01.2022 It's thanksgiving Sunday at Northmead Anglican. Even in a year like 2020 there is so much to thank our great God for. Join us today at 9am, 11am and 6pm as we give thanks as a church for all God has done in, through and amongst us this year.

21.01.2022 What happens after we die? We are finally at the final week of our LIFE series which also means the last week of term! Make sure you don’t miss an epic final week as we discuss (you guessed it) life, death, eternity, and what God has to tell us about that.

18.01.2022 Hey years 9-12, our very first Senior Picnic is coming up next Saturday 14th November! Get keen for chill vibes, good chats and tasty food as we hang out as seniors to round out a truly crazy year. Feel free to bring along any picnic-appropriate games/activities you may want to enjoy with your mates!

17.01.2022 Years 6-8 don’t worry, you’re not missing out, Night of Nights is coming quicker than Flash! We’ll be meeting the night of Saturday 14th November at church for dinner and a movie for our final social of the year. Theme is ‘heroes’ so come dressed as a superhero or your favourite hero (get creative!) and don’t forget your pillow and blanket so you can get real comfy.

16.01.2022 Baptism and confirmation is tomorrow night (Thursday 26/11) at 7pm! Due to COVID-19 restrictions unfortunately not everyone will be able to attend the service but there is a livestream happening and the link will have been sent around to your parents. It is such a joy and encouragement that we have such a solid group of senior youth who are getting baptised/confirmed this year, publicly declaring their faith and hope in Jesus Christ. So make sure you pray for them and tune in tomorrow night!

14.01.2022 We are so thankful for our year 12s and the way they have demonstrated loving and serving Christ to the rest of us at Forge. We are praying for you year 12 as you started HSC exams today and continue over the next few weeks: that you will work hard and find your strength and courage in the Lord, putting all your fears and concerns to him. For everyone else, just a reminder to be regularly praying for year 12 over the next couple of weeks as they tackle their final exams, because we want to put everything to our loving and powerful Father in prayer!

09.01.2022 BIG LOVE Two weeks ago at Forge we looked at the topic of homelessness. . .... As Christians called to love the vulnerable, we were challenged to bring in donations of canned/packaged foods and good quality second hand clothing to donate to Anglicare. Don’t forget that this Friday is not only the last week of term, but the last week to bring in your donations! Set a reminder for yourself so you can bring in your donated goods this Friday!

Mattie B will be getting into the book of Psalms with us and we’ll get to hang out and have the most ridiculous amount of fun while we learn from God’s word together! At Forge we know what life is about, because we have been given a NEW life through Christ. But do your friends know this? ... L I F E We’re kicking off spring, the season all about new life, spending not one but FOUR weeks thinking about life and the God at the centre of it all. This series is designed for non-Christians so this is the perfect opportunity to invite your friends to hear all about it! Starting week 7, 4/9/20.
