02.01.2022 ONLY TWO WEEKS TO GO! St Albans Rural Bush Fire Brigade's inaugural Pioneer Trail Run on Saturday 17th April. This Trail Run is FREE to all participants throug...h grant funding from Wentworth Healthcare and the Hawkesbury City Council and will be retracing the steps of the early pioneers of the late 1700s and early 1800s. Half marathon electronic timing will ensure a valuable fitness preparation run for keen competitors. Come and enjoy the the village fair environment with stalls, markets, a giant jumping castle and activities like the Doggie Dress Up Competition. The 189 yr old Settlers Arms Inn will be supplying food and beverages while the St Albans Park will have plenty of space for family picnics, access to the Macdonald River and a great view of the start and finish of all three races.
