17.01.2022 What a crazy time we are in These last few weeks have been extremely emotional for us. You guys have been so amazing and the words you have written have made us really feel part of your lives. It was our intension to pack up the Waffle House in a container and one day in the COVID Free future, set it up again We have been approached by Stefanos and Maria from Fig & Olive (next door). These guys have lots of experience in restaurants and have asked if they can continue Fork ...n Waffle. Tyla will be the new Head Chef and most of the Fork n Waffle Crew will be staying on to support Stef and Maria. It makes us extremely happy and proud to see it continue and that our guys will still have jobs in these sad times. I’m sure Tyla and Maria will put a few new touches in place but it’ll be the same awesome waffles and coffee on the menu. As for us, we can’t wait to start our new lives. As much as we love hospitality, it’s definitely time for us to leave and we look forward to being customers and guests Our last day is still the 19th July.
