19.01.2022 ** Emotional post to follow** So... we've made it to our 2nd birthday! I've said to people before that the weeks leading up to opening the facility felt like standing on the edge of a cliff, getting ready to jump and not being sure if the parachute would work. Thankfully it did in the form of the amazing staff that are the beating heart of everything that we do. The Forktree family has grown so much over the last few years, from those that have put in the hard graft from the... beginning to those that have jumped on board along the way. Kenton and I can't really thank enough those that have made Forktree a success. We always wanted our place to be somewhere you could get a beer and a great feed, forget about the grind of day to day life and enjoy the company of friends and family. Thankfully it seems to have connected with people in a really positive way. Without the awesome crew that meet and greet, serve at the bar and produce the amazing meals we wouldn't have been able to bring the dream to reality. A special shoutout to Greg and Tyson who work tirelessly to make sure we're on top of everything it takes to run the business! And Kenton would like to make a special acknowledgement to Kath who's hit the ground running since joining and taken the menu to the next level. To all of the family members who pitched in and never lost the faith we will be eternally grateful... now I'm getting emotional.. It's been an absolute roller coaster ride and to be honest we're only just getting started. Thank you so much to all those who come and visited our place, follow our journey on social media and have had a chat over the bar. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without your support and feedback. Cheers and beers to many more years!!
