25.01.2022 Big thanks to everyone who came out last night for our New Moon Intention Setting Ritual. We had all new faces for the first time since my opening circle last November, and it was wonderful to connect with each of your precious souls. Coming together to open space for our hearts and spirits and to trust the yearning of our hearts to lead us into an intentional future is such a blessing. Watching people take ownership of their lives and choices, finding the courage to take responsibility for growth and change and to share in a gentle environment is infinitely precious. As usually I only remembered to take photos beforehand! I’m feeling very honoured by this work and can’t wait to book in the next one! Upcoming dates will be posted soon.

16.01.2022 I designed this spread to help find the balance between creating the life you want within the context of your circumstances and what the universe is sending your way. It is intended to be quite open ended, but can still offer specific advice and guidance. I designed it with tarot cards, however you could also use an oracle deck. If you're having a difficult time, or feeling off balance, I'd suggest using tarot cards. While the messages can sometimes be a bit more conf...ronting, due to the inclusion of some heavier cards in the deck, I actually find that these challenging cards can have really powerful medicine... they help us identify where we are out of alignment, and guide us on how to come back into balance. Cards that are all love and light can be reassuring and inspiring, but sometimes don't help us know what to do differently when we are suffering or dealing with difficult life circumstances. Tarot cards are also designed specifically for divination, and can be more obvious and accurate when trying to predict future events. 11.01.2022 It’s easy to feel good about ourselves on the productive days, or the days when we feel we are making progress towards our goals. The days where we backslide, slip up, give in, struggle or just don’t get much done can be harder, especially when we pile some judgement on top of perceived failure. You’re an idiot. You’re a failure. You’ll never change. So hopeless, useless, worthless. You should stop even trying, it’d suck less. We all think these things sometimes, but it’s j...ust our super ego getting the upper hand. What if we encouraged ourselves instead? Wow, today has been tough but I’ll give it another shot tomorrow. That’s ok, progress is more important than perfection. I’m human, shit happens. This is a great reminder of why I want to shift this. Let’s refocus. Tomorrow is another day. Awesome, I’ve identified another obstacle, what’s a more creative way I can navigate this next time? Wow, clearly I’ve still got some healing to do in this area, I’d better be gentle and kind to myself. Same scenario, very different inner dialogue. It’s not necessary to be perfect. 03.01.2022 10 Minute Rituals: Make an offering to the Goddess and/or God. Place upon your altar an offering as gift and tribute. For the Goddess; sweet scented herbs and flowers, such as rose, jasmine, gardenia, camellia, lily, sandalwood, cinnamon; fruit, such as apples, pomegranates, peaches, grapes, or what seems suitable; grains, such as wheat, rice, oats, barley. If you wish to beseech a particular goddess, research what she might prefer. Also honey, sweet incenses, herbal tea,... wine, and chocolate can be good (but watch for ants). For the God: fiery and airy herbs and flowers, such as pepper, chilli, chrysanthemum, lavender; strongly scented, clean or citrusy herbs and fruit, such as pine, mint, basil, cypress, lemons, oranges, tangelos; yellow or orange blooms such as sunflower, wattle, bromeliads, waratah. Smokey and spicy incense. Pine cones, seeds, cacti, thistles and so on. Also spirits such as whisky and beer. If in doubt, trust your instincts and offer what brings you joy.
