01.01.2022 Introducing our next amazing physio, Lauren Kendall! Lauren graduated from the Australian Catholic University completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Lauren currently works with the NSW Rugby League Referees and has previously been involved with the Sutherland Sharks Women’s Soccer and the North Shore Bombers AFL.... Lauren has always had a keen interest in sport, playing cricket for St George-Sutherland and soccer for the Sutherland Sharks where she went on to play first grade in the NSW National Premier League. Lauren has now hung up her boots and enjoys running and strength training in her spare time. Her own experiences through injury led to an interest in how the body works, human movement and an understanding of the importance of keeping the body fit and healthy. Lauren has furthered her knowledge of rehabilitation completing a Clinical Rehabilitation Pilates course. Lauren’s approach to management of injury incorporates both a hands on and exercise based approach, implementing the best available evidence in her treatments to help people achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
