25.01.2022 Even more ways for you now to workout with us ! Our online Video library is now in full swing as we transition to not as many Live online classes. We already have 15 classes ready to go anytime. If you have a current online package on your membership just login via our App on the video library tab. We will be adding classes every week and also have some shorter express classes for when you are time poor. You can always add Video on demand + Live stream access to your members...hip whenever you like. Your relevant add on will be in the Video on demand + Live stream tab on the APP. Or we can add an autopay for you. From next week Live stream will be via our own system so no more Zoom links.... 06.01.2022 Member shout-out We first met Liliana last April when she came to try Pilates to try and avoid the knee replacement she was told to have ! Here we are a month before her 75th birthday with no knee replacement on the cards! We just love her zest for life and its always fun time when shes at the studio.
