15.01.2022 *OPENING UPDATE* We were so close! The Victorian Government has announced that indoor personal training will now take place from the 8th of November. Over the coming weeks I will be in touch with everyone to book in face to face sessions back in the gym and provide an update on our COVID safe plan to ensure that everyone stays safe whilst smashing their goals! With gyms now being officially re-opened I wanted to reach out for anyone looking to kick-start their health and fitness journey or anyone wanting to get back on track after isolation. I am a fully qualified personal trainer of 8yrs, located in the Belmond on Clyde Estate, in Clyde VIC. I specialse in weight loss, building muscle, improving strength, injury rehabilition, sports/athletic conditioning,... and more.
