23.01.2022 12 Days of 12 Stages! Dr Donny Epstein, the creator and developer of Network Spinal and SomatoRespiratory Integration, is offering us this profound and timely gift of journeying with him through the 12 Stages of Healing. It is often the story or expectation about things that affects us more than what is going on. We do not see the world as it is. We see the world as we are. Each of the 12 Stages has its own rhythm and each stage has its own observer - the lens through which ...the observer is observing the world. The key here is to get into the rhythm of each stage rather than to try to get out of it. Receive the wisdom that is inherent in each stage. What Donny is offering us with his gift of 12 Days of 12 Stages is the opportunity to experience these rhythms, and thereby guide us gently and powerfully through this period of transformation and change. It begins on Saturday, 28 March. I am unsure if this message comes to you too late. Please give it a go! The link to register is: https://epienergetics.com/12-stages-in-12-days/ Even if it is too late to register, follow the registration link and listen to the powerful message Donny delivers. We are with you on your journey
23.01.2022 As it comes closer to the end of the year, we'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Although we're all wondering where the time has gone, 2020 brings a new decade for us to move into with open hearts and minds. We had a wonderful time on a twilight ride with Burnelee Excursions on Horseback over the weekend for our end of year Christmas party. We were graced with beautiful scenery, lovely company, and delicious local nibbles and wine to end our evening. Check out that gorgeous sunset! Wishing you all a safe and healthy festive holiday period, with love from the Forrest Chiropractic team x
22.01.2022 Springtime... and it’s that first dusting of pine pollen on the car windscreen and on the deck that signals spring to me, along with the wattle blossom. What I find remarkable and comforting is how nature’s cycles know when to do this and with such precision. I have been keeping a journal since 2011 of the day that the pine pollen is released and it is almost always the 28th August. That was last Friday, so if you are feeling a bit snuffly or sneezy that could be why ... Humans, just as all other aspects of nature, have seasons and rhythms. Being in flow with these rhythms and letting go of the resistance to them allows for a more graceful way of living and being. These are conversations I enjoy having in practise, and it lights up my soul to be of assistance in freeing up this innate intelligence within you so you can be in the flow of your life. 05.01.2022 So what do I have instead of milk in my tea/coffee? This is the most common question we have after being advised not to have dairy. This article brings up some good points.

02.01.2022 Good news. The Australian researchers at the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity have found that the body’s immune response to COVID-19 is the same as that to the influenza virus. This is a great contribution to world understanding and platform to further research.... Well done and thank you!
02.01.2022 People come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime These words seem appropriate as I share the intention of Dr Rebecca Lehrer to embark on the next season of her life journey. Our newsletter attached has a special message from Becca to you.... It is with gratitude, and some tears, that I wish you, Becca, all the very best, and that following your call to adventure will lead you to even greater joy and well-being and growth. May you discover the magic that’s waiting for you. Fiona
01.01.2022 With the quality of the air being so poor at the moment with dust and smoke, we would like to share some tips on how you can look after and strengthen your body to the environment, with a focus on the lungs. ~ the respiratory system loves hydration, so drink plenty of fresh, filtered, room temperature water. ~ the vitamin for the lungs is vitamin C.... ~ nutrition includes green and red capsicum, citrus, kiwi fruit, carrots, sweet potato, leafy greens. ~ the muscles that relate to the lungs are muscles that move the arms and the shoulder blades, and the diaphragm, so plenty of arm movements, particularly overhead. Think of the movements that an orchestral conductor makes. ~ the area of the spine that relates to the lungs is the upper thoracic spine, and can react to the environmental stress. Gentle rotations of the neck and shoulders may loosen this area up, although chiropractic adjustment may be necessary.
