17.01.2022 A quick look at how hypnotherapy can be a useful tool to help us cope with our current situation.

08.01.2022 My clients are aware that for them it seems like an easy task to be asked to stay at home when we compare our lives to the wonderful key workers who are out there working hard on our behalf. We know that the change in routines and restrictions on our normal activities can trigger feelings of anxiety in many people. To cover this I have added an article on my website looking at our mental health and a few pointers on how we can help ourselves over this period. The article was... inspired by my clients who I am fortunate enough to be able to keep in touch with online and by telephone. They have been sharing their new and diverse ways of keeping their day to day lives occupied. I am constantly amazed and inspired by my clients and their ability to cope in difficult situations. We have had everything from black tie virtual dinner parties and online discos with friends to full on hula hoop exercise classes in the lounge and salsa classes in the garage. The range is immense and growing. These activities are ultimately very important in keeping us connected, motivated and mentally stimulated so our ability to cope is maximised. See more
