25.01.2022 Half Price Sale

25.01.2022 New atpco jackets just in

24.01.2022 Head over to Dino Brescacin - Rayner Real Estate to follow Dino’s new venture.

21.01.2022 Once an old semi detached house, then a small 60 sqm (est) store with dilapidated kitchen and falling down tin garage at rear. Significant construction and an e...xtension by the current owners has converted the shop into a highly functional 115 sqm retail space with a host of upgrades. -Features include: Polished floor boards retail space with near new roof, ceilings and walls, restored pressed tin roof, newly laid concrete slab forming 4 car bay lockup garage, 2 w/cs, shower area / hot water system and office, reverse cycle A/C, alarm, TV, stereo, 4 speaker in built system. The substantial modern retail fit-out, furniture, fixtures and fittings forms part of the property. Nothing further to spend on the building, internally already one of the best looking stores in Subiaco. There is potential to build upwards and further develop. *STCA Contact Dino on 0422 065 269 to discuss.

08.01.2022 After an amazing 47 years, Forrest Menswear is closing its doors. In 1972 Rino and Augusta Brescacin (originally from San Fior and Conegliano Treviso Italy) embarked on building a manufacturing and tailoring company in Inglewood WA. The first retail store opened in 1972 in Forrest Place Perth City, then moved to Barrack Street, then back to the newly renovated Forrest Chase. Then for 15 years Hay Street West End Perth (Arcade 800) and finally Hay Street Subiaco. Rino and A...ugusta were amazing tailors and produced suits and trousers for the major independent cutting edge fashion retailers of the times. Their son’s John and Dean Brescacin took over the retail arm in the 80’s. Over the years we have served the famous and infamous, local, national and international alike, but would truly like to thank all who have shopped with us over the years, in particular our loyal base who have been with us on the journey. It is with sadness we say goodbye to the store and the heart and soul our amazing parents developed from ground up. We currently have a half price sale and will be closing our doors in the coming weeks, so come and say goodbye before we close our doors. John & Dean (Photo circa 1985, Forrest Place) See more
