25.01.2022 Although we have taken the necessary steps to ensure a covid 19 free environment for our staff and customers, we are business as usual... There is no better way to get away from the craziness and people, then to hire a houseboat, bbq boat, paddle board or kayak and hit the open water. Just YOU and who you choose to take with you, the birds, dolphins, fish, and occasional sea turtle...... 16.01.2022 Midcoast council made the decision to close beaches today, it sucks!!! We are all trying to save lives from this corona crisis, apparently our beaches are so amazing they will lure tourists here even though there are travel bans.. but there is good news...... It doesn't mean you can't enjoy your outdoor exercise and mental clarity, Boatshed Number One is open for business for locals. Plus we are having a 25% off sale to celebrate the one personal liberty we all still have (at the time of this post) - we can go outside to exercise as long as you follow social distancing. (except from Wed midnight no more beaches) This means, 1. local families & household residents 2. two people who dont live together can hire boats, houseboats, kayaks, paddle boards etc for exercise, yes fishing is deemed as passive exercise in NSW, covid lockdown approved .
