19.01.2022 We had a beautiful family lunch yesterday celebrating Easter together. This amazing woman My Mother Duck continues to be just that 'The Mother Duck' not only to me but to her grandchildren. She takes the time to chat with each of them to hear how they are and what they're doing. Fusses over them, spoils them and let's us all know how much she loves us. I see alot of myself in my Mother we both adore and love each other to bits even when we do clash sometimes because we are s...o alike. The good old saying of "Seeing the Mirror reflection in others" that can sometimes annoy me a little until I realise it's exactly what I would say or do I was raised in a succesful family business. My Father was a self employed electricial contractor for over 40 years. My Mother right up until they retired only a couple of years ago still would balance her cashbook in her own handwriting and my father would hand out handwritten quotes They taught me the importance of treating everyone with the same amount of courtesy and respect and to be grateful for every customer that kept them in business for so many years and to treat every customers how I would expect to be treated. I'm very grateful for the role models and teachers in my life who don't even know that they continue to help teach me who I want to be in my businesses and in life
