17.01.2022 This time a year ago we were all boxed in over Easter. This year we wish all of our clients and the local community a safe and happy Easter together! Our offices are closed Friday 2nd April and reopen on Tuesday 6th April, 2021.

12.01.2022 The true spirit of Christmas! Often our frenetic pace of modern life leaves little room to pause, reflect and ponder upon all the gifts that we receive every single day. It robs us of the little moments that can open our eyes to all that we have - right here, right now. Today we delivered the ‘Christmas Giving Tree’ gifts to Gunnedah Family Support. To all the wonderful, generous people in our Gunnedah community, words cannot describe the emotion we felt. Here are some commen...ts we wanted to share with you......... Vicki - Case worker: generosity should be valued within our community Kate - Outreach Supported Playgroup Family Worker: the difference a small gift can make to those in need, is immeasurable. Seeing their little faces light up...it’s what Christmas is all about Witnessing the overwhelming generosity from the community at this time of year, directed to those in our community they don’t even know, is truly heartwarming. For the parents, it takes the financial strain out of Christmas, leaving money for the essentials, such as rent and basic living expenses. For those that will spend Christmas alone, a small gesture that people in their community really do care about them is priceless. It’s the true spirit of Christmas, alive and well in our local community. Thank you

12.01.2022 The rain may have dampened our Armidale Office lawn bowls Christmas party last Friday, but it certainly didn't dampen our Christmas spirit!!!!! Instead we enjoyed our Secret Santa lunch. Santa (aka Paul Cornall) and his elf (Kylie) dropped by to distribute gifts to our good boys and girls and then off for some indoors pool and cards. Exhausted

02.01.2022 Reminder of changes in the JobKeeper payment from 4 January 2021. From 4 January 2021, the JobKeeper tier 1 payment reduces from $1,200 to $1,000 per fortnight, per eligible employee or eligible business participant, while for tier 2, the JobKeeper rate will reduce from $750 to $650 per fortnight. The ATO has extended the monthly declaration period by two weeks, meaning businesses have until the 28 January to submit their monthly declaration to help out of the festive season.
