18.01.2022 Hi everyone, Equipment hire has been made available to clients part of our 8 week challenge which has been affected by the current restrictions in place. Here is the equipment still available for hire if you would like some props to keep up your fitness at home! Let me know if you're interested.... Also, don't forget I am live streaming workouts for FREE at our usual session times on Tuesday evenings 6:45pm and Saturday mornings 8:30am. Those interested can request to be added to our private group.

Just some COVID information about our Monday night sessions which start in a couple of days! - please bring your own mat and towel (mats will not be available for you to use)... - you will be asked to sanitise your hands on arrive and sign in - hand washing facilities available - all equipment will be disinfected at the end of each session - please adhere to the social distancing markers - don’t attend if you are unwell or have COVID symptoms - if possible, please inform me of your attendance * I have completed COVID Marshal Training to keep us all safe and comply with government requirements ** A COVID-Safe Plan will be in place from our first session this Monday

05.01.2022 As gyms are forced to close today as mandated by the Federal Government, Tuesday evening and Saturday morning sessions are cancelled until further notice. If you would like me to post home workouts to do with no/minimal equipment, please comment below. Another option is live streaming workouts at our usual times (Tue 6:45pm and Sat 8:30am), so technically, we are still training together! If you don't have any equipment at home, get creative with household items, otherwise Kma...rt have resistance bands and dumbbells for very reasonable prices. Stay safe everyone.
