24.01.2022 Introducing the new custom wheelchair to our range the "HYDRO PLUS" designed for Hydro Therapy pools, showers and as a transit chair. It gives people a great op...tion for transfer into the pool to participate in their water based therapy and leisure activities. Features include the Arctic centralised seating system with build in trunk and thigh support, loop push bar for carers safety, fold back padded armrests for easy transfer in and out of the wheelchair, high mount brakes, smooth bends for better user/carers saftey and fast dry breathable upholstery. As with all of our products we build to your specifications.

22.01.2022 Another Custom Outdoor Adventurer delivered to this young man who seriously loves the beach and outdoors. I had no sooner delivered his chair and he was down the beach running it through its paces. This is the newest in the Outdoor Adventurer range featuring the Motor Bike Handlebars and larger rear wheels to enhance handling. The new castors also adds to the aesthetics of this very functional and popular wheelchair. We would like to thank this young man for choosing a Western Australian developed and manufactured wheelchair and for agreeing to share his experience.

This gives the freedom to utilise the seat in the bath and gives the family the option to transport the seat for use outside of the home environment to parks, beaches and the like. Custom fitted to the bathroom while ensuring space for easy transfer from an electric chair.

Moving into Sports Wheelchairs has been something we have been working towards for sometime. This chair has been designed as a purpose built bowling chair for our customer and manufactured to meet Australian Lawn Bowls Association specifications. Light weight with pop off wheels and fold down backrest for ease of transport this design could be modified to suit other sporting needs. 15.01.2022 Custom Outdoor Adventurer just in time for Christmas. Delivered in time for the holiday period this wheelchair has given another family the opportunity to enjoy their outdoor activities at their own leisure. 14.01.2022 Last pre Christmas rush Outdoor Adventurer completed and delivered. The young man will be spending a lot more time in parks and the beach this summer. This particular chair was finished in a metallic green colour complete with towlel bag and seat belt .

12.01.2022 Recently we were approached by a family and support worker needing assistance in finding a solution for a young lady who needed new showering equipment. Having grown out of off the shelf products a custom solution was the only portable alternative. The final product provides support and comfort, easier cleaning and drying options and can be dismantled for transport. Another custom product to help a family with daily living.

11.01.2022 This is our latest adult size Track and Trail All Terrain Wheelchair. Finished in a beautiful metallic powder coated purple, designed and custom made for the City of Mandurah by Forts Technical Solutions. A big thanks to Pippa Gauden, Community Development Officer for City of Mandurah and all the members of the Citys Access and Inclusion Advisory Group for the invitation to the City of Mandurahs Inclusion Day last Sunday and for supporting a West Australian made product.

11.01.2022 Another custom size bath seat finished this week. The seat needed to fit into a standard bath while accommodating the customers statue. It is great being able to assist people with options when off the shelf items just wont work. And very rewarding being able to help this customer for the second time.

11.01.2022 We had the pleasure of manufacturing these newly designed custom Floating Ball Flingers for the West Australian Disabled Sports Association. These aquatic flingers assist people lacking in fine motor skills to participate in water sports and other water based activities.

10.01.2022 Had the absolute privilege of manufacturing and delivering an Outdoor Adventurer wheelchair to Claremont Therapeutic Riding School this week. From the beach to the Arena this wheelchair continues to show its diverse uses. The wheelchair now gives people with disabilities easy access to the arena with riders having the enjoyment of readily entering the arena and being part of the action. Seeing the smiles on the riders and staff faces was magic and what Forts Technical Solutions is all about.

08.01.2022 A great Beach Access Day in December hosted by City of Mandurah which we had the pleasure of being invited to. A rewarding day assisting people in having the freedom to access the ocean some for the first time in a number years.

07.01.2022 We get some challenging modification requests at Forts Technical Solutions. This one is a removable basket with flip up lid on a Zimmer frame for MSWA. Balancing the customers needs without compromising serviceability being the ultimate goal.

07.01.2022 Brad has been busy assisting another family with custom modifications and new equipment. We have manufactured a custom removable push handle for a Rifton walker, so no more running away from mum. Next was the design and manufacture of a seating system to stabilise this young man at the table . The seating system is both light weight easily cleaned and cool breathable fabric for summer. 06.01.2022 We had the pleasure of designing and constructing these paediatric height adjustable parallel bars for this delightful little man. And to our complete surprise after putting him in them within minuites he took 4 steps unaided. Something his mum explained she had never seen him do before.
