25.01.2022 Tonight marks the beginning of Daylight Saving - don’t forget to wind your clocks back an hour forward before bed! While we sadly lose an hour of sleep tonight, there are plenty of ways to make sure your body doesn’t miss out on a good night’s rest. The Sleep Health Foundation recommends avoiding coffee too close to bedtime, exercising earlier in the day and heading to bed an hour earlier than usual.

25.01.2022 Regular exercise is great for your overall sleep health. Exercise regulates your metabolism and helps set your body’s rhythm in motion, but it also has the effect of releasing 'wakeful hormones' such as endorphins. If you work out too late at night, this may disrupt your sleep patterns. Studies at the University of California have shown that those who plan their exercise around midday and in sunlight have improved quality of sleep over those who regularly work out late at night. #seriousaboutsleep
