While we sadly lose an hour of sleep tonight, there are plenty of ways to make sure your body doesn’t miss out on a good night’s rest. The Sleep Health Foundation recommends avoiding coffee too close to bedtime, exercising earlier in the day and heading to bed an hour earlier than usual.
