25.01.2022 The creative minds over at @untitledartbev unleashing another piece of brewing wizardry here. Raspberry passionfruit sherbet is a 7% Berliner Weisse with Raspberry and passionfruit. From the brewer: We collaborated with Wild Mind Ales to craft this thick and fruity 7% Berliner Weiss smoothie-style sherbet beer. How’d we get this ruby color, sweet fruity flavor and sherbet-y mouth feel? By brewing with loads of raspberry + passionfruit puree atop a pile of vanilla beans, of co...urse! 23.01.2022 This one is sure to blow up a few beer nerds heads ! A collab between @untitledartbev and @angrychairbrewing !!! What a collab it is too, a BIG, thicckk pastry stout. This is the 13%, Bourbon barrel aged version of the already gigantic, chocolate, vanilla and maple pastry stout. We were extremely lucky to score a very limited amount of this beer. 15.01.2022 Announcement,. Because of a delay caused from shortages in staff due to covid 19. Our ship carrying that sweet sweet nectar has been delayed and will be a week late. This particular vintage is from 2017 and has been cold stored in Topplings cellar since its release. We have been lucky enough to get our hands on a very limited amount Mornin' Delight is a huge 12% Imperial Stout with an explosive espresso aroma followed by strong notes of maple syrup and vanilla. Even in the height of summer, this stout is full of cocoa flavor with a light-gold head without being heavy and is great to enjoy on a summer day.... 06.01.2022 We told you we had some BIG beers up our sleeves to share with you this upcoming shipment.. Wrap your laughing gear around this massive 13.9% Bourbon barrel aged imperial pastry stout from @untitledartbev and @yazoobrew. The base Imperial stout brewed with Hershey's syrup, Cholaca syrup, Dominican, Madagascan and Guatamalan cacao nibs from Nashville based Olive Sinclair for an intense chocolatey flavour, it also contains lactose and vanilla to add body and extra depth. They then decided to age the beer in Bourbon barrels for a year to take this beer to the next level! Aged for a year in a blend of Four Roses, Woodford Reserve, and Knob Creek bourbon barrels, this hefty barleywine finishes at 12% ABV. Notes of English toffee, bourbon caramel, and holiday spice overlay a mellow base that hides the bulk of the burn while retaining complexity. 03.01.2022 @parishbrewingco "Imperial Reserve". Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Reserve spent a year in a blend of Four Roses, and Woodford Double Oak Bourbon Barrels. A chewy Imperial Stout base brewed specifically for barrel-aging results in a dense, complex malt profile which carries the bourbon elements perfectly.
