22.01.2022 Hi all, I’ve made the decision to scale back on PT sessions due to the current stage 3 restrictions beginning on Wednesday 5th August. With the addition of home schooling my kids it means I won’t have the ability to run a full timetable. I will offer a limited amount of outdoor 1:1 sessions for those who want to train, sessions will run Mon, Wed and Fri 1pm-3pm in 25min blocks. Booking will be done by usual means. All Social distancing and cleaning/hygiene practises will be... followed with the guidelines set by the current restrictions. Any further questions please post below.

22.01.2022 FMPT has decided to close the (garage) doors for the short term until we find the best way around the current virus issue. It’s disappointing as we are only a small business which is continuing to grow and gain some really good momentum (no pun intended) but it’s the smart decision to make. We will be back when the time is right and look forward to welcoming back clients old and new. If you have any issues/questions on where to take your training from here drop me a line and we can work out some programming options to keep you sane during this weird period. Cheers Mark

22.01.2022 For those who don’t know this is the gym where I coach kids ninja classes along with some other great coaches. Jase and Kaz are running an online ninja challenge during the covid break which is open to everyone. Get onboard and sign up it’s great fun and will keep the kids active (and parents sane) during this second lockdown.



21.01.2022 Looking at some cool weather for our first week of outdoor training (starting June 9th) but hey that’s what warm ups a for!! Small Groups will run 6-6:45am Tue, Wed and Friday 2:1 and 1:1 sessions by request Tue-Sat... If you have any questions or to book use the whats app button on the FMPT page Sessions will use a combination of strength, mobility, flexibility and maybe a little bit of running.

19.01.2022 When we re open in the near future as well as our normal classes we are going to have a strong focus on training for kids and teens, offering 1:1-1:2 and parents/kids sessions. We want to offer I different type of training with a strong focus on: -Agility -Balance -Co-ordination... while also working on general fitness to compliment your child’s ongoing sport. My son Josh begrudgingly allowed me to film him demonstrating an easy (his words) balance test. P.S. it wasn’t easy!

17.01.2022 2020. It’s been a crazy few months (and year) so far with the business (temporarily) closing, homeschooling and isolation, my main source of mindfulness has became running. Started slow but began to build until it became routine. Routine is the key, make exercise part of your routine - the results will follow.

14.01.2022 FMPT will temporarily be closed for the remainder of the stage 3 lockdown. Unfortunately the reality of homeschooling 4 kids and unpredictable weather to plan for outdoor sessions will make any training difficult. 14.01.2022 Firstly I apologise for the lack of updates..... been a busy time as everyone can relate with the home schooling. I have Exciting news though FMPT will reopen on Tue June 9th with a small group class. Going forward classes will run: Small group Classes: Mon Wed and Friday 6-7am... 2:1 and 1:1 adult PT (30min or 1h) 2:1 and 1:1 kids/teens PT (30min it 1h) as well as family orientated kids and adults PT sessions are available on demand. In line with the recent Covid19 restrictions, All equipment will be sanitised after each class with sanitiser available to clients before and after session. I ask that you bring a sweat towel and water bottle. The aim of FMPT has and will always be to offer affordable high quality personal training and with this in mind the gym has had an exciting (small) makeover with new equipment being installed by end of June. 14.01.2022 Due to the Coronavirus outbreak FMPT have decided to shift our usual kids/teenage small group classes to 1:1 or 1:2 PT sessions over the holidays and going into term 2. These sessions are adaptable to individual client needs. 1:1 sessions are $17.50 for 30min... 08.01.2022 I’m not necessarily one for huge inspirational quotes but this one struck a cord with me. How many of us have had the thought -I’ll start training Monday... -I’ll start my diet next week...... I know I have It’s impossible to go from 1-100% overnight, make a small change, get started. Many a client has walked through the door and commented on their lack of fitness, my response is you’re here. First step completed.

07.01.2022 Just a reminder we will still be running our teenage 1:1 30 min strength and conditioning sessions over the covid break. Currently have 7 teens doing the program and feedback has been great. Here is Charlie completing some (difficult) pull ups on the TRX.

07.01.2022 Just a quick post to say FMPT is back next Monday the 13th of Oct. it’s been a long slog to get here so it’s exciting to be back. The gym will be open shorter hours on Wed, Thur and Friday 6am - 3pm With evenings available on the Mon and Tuesday up to 7pm. All group classes 6am and 1:1 by appointment up till close. All classes are outdoors so will be weather dependant for the time being. Excited to be back, everyone that’s contacted me over the last few days, I’m in the process of replying, thanks for your patience.

Adult classes will run as usual over the school holidays and we have added some extra times for our 2:1 and 1:1 kids and teens PT sessions.
