So far 34 FGM patients have presented to this centre and received non-invasive treatment. Only six of these patients underwent minimally invasive surgery to reverse FGM in an aesthetically pleasing manner.... Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation, or PTNS, is a low-risk, non-surgical treatment, that works by indirectly providing electrical stimulation to the nerves responsible for bladder and pelvic floor function.
