03.01.2022 Last night a few of the team gathered around the Brew Bar for a V60 workshop. Some got to brew their first ever pour over. Others tasted, tweaked and dialed in some incredible coffee we shipped in especially for the occasion. Great coffee is a blend of art and science. Like any art, everyone has their own style and flair. And like any science, every choice was analyzed and dissected to understand the why and how. Lots of challenging questions were posed and we love that about our team, they are always learning and growing. @ Westfield Chermside
