14.01.2022 Step one in setting achievable goals is to make them specific. Often we might struggle to understand our next step when making goals. I have found that if I make them more specific the answers are more obvious. For example: saying I want to travel more is great BUT 'more' is difficult to define. Instead saying "I want to travel to a new beach every month" is much more specific. It has already given you two more parameters to work with...
