18.01.2022 Day 2 of installing 360 piles for a new basketball stadium. By using helical screw piles instead of bored piers and stumps we have saved the builder about 7 days in build time.
18.01.2022 Did you know that a screw pile contractor MUST Achieve all parameters from the design engineer. This can include SWL, minimum depth due to fill and minimum depth due to reactivity. Only providing some of these is NON COMPLIANT. Don't let a cowboy crew leave you with a foundations job that is not 100% compliant.

04.01.2022 What does a builder do when someone screws straight through a sewer and doesn't tell anyone? They call the team at Foundation Technologies Australia to do the fix up. We will be using the underpinning bracket to fix this messy situation. If only someone had told the builder before the slab went down this fix would have been sooooo much easier.
