You can work from home, with your own children, choose when you take leave, choose your rate of pay (per child per hour). Minimum Certificate III in Children’s Services, WWCC, police check, etc. ABN is required.

14.01.2022 It's just so simple. STOP YOURSELF before you stop children. Are they hurting anyone or anything? ASSESS and gather some information BEFORE your uncomfortable f...ear shoots out a controlling "NO!!!" Just because you are uncomfortable, does not mean the play you are observing needs to be shut down. "What's your plan" is absolutely the #1 go-to in my work with children. The relationship-building qualities of this one simple question cannot be surpassed. The opportunity to, TOGETHER WITH THE CHILD, discuss whether their idea may or may not hurt someone is priceless. The interest this one question shows in THEIR IDEA is invaluable.
