20.01.2022 Once the Headstock has been concreted in place, we use Hydraulic Jacks to lift the foundation back to its former height, which closes up cracks and gaps in the process. 18.01.2022 After we have screwed in the Katana pile and prepped the Headstock cage, we then pour the first lot of concrete. We don't use standard concrete though. After that, we commence site works, which involves excavating each location where we are going to screw a pile into the ground. For example, if one end of a house has subsided, we may install a dozen or so screw piles along that side of the house to provide the strength needed to safely and securely lift it back into place.... and keep it there.
