24.01.2022 Find something that lets your heart sing and makes you smile... doing the things you love like helping others finding back to their inner strength and knowing. I'm so grateful that I listened to my inner knowing and continued on my journey of exploring the healing power of sound. When I wanted to concentrate on life coaching and leave sound healing out of the picture, I got so many requests and bookings for sound healing seasons that I had to stop and listen to the inner voi...ce that said: it's all part of the journey, so keep going. Thanks to my beautiful friend Karen, we now have a monthly group session with singing bowl meditations at her amazing place @darwinfloat. The last three sessions were amazing and filled my heart with so much love, light and appreciation. It's always so joyful to see what happens when people come together and just be. So here is cheers to seeking out like-minded people that have a vision and want to make this world a better place. It's so much easier because we are not meant to do this alone. 22.01.2022 All good things come to an end. Thank you for an amazing 2019 full of firsts, lots of travel and celebrations and tons of learnings. Cheers to letting go of the old, welcoming the new, the new year, the new decade, the new me. I'm leaving behind 'I should..(fill in the blanks)'..a lot of should's that are still in my head and keep me from moving forward. Especially having spent the last few weeks with my family revealed some of my old beliefs on a whole new level #anotherlay...er #gofigure #nextlevelplease Sometimes it can be hard to let go of something, especially what served us so well until it didn't anymore. Who are we without it? What if it's the wrong thing to do? #sayswhoanyway What helps me, while working through the many layers of conditioning, is finding something to add first before letting it go. For example when I notice a 'should' coming up, instead of dwelling on what 'I should or shouldn't', I'm switching to 'decision time': what is it that I should be doing and why and most importantly why am I not just doing it? #observingfirst I then make a decision if this 'obligation' is really helping me to live my best life or is it holding me back. I then decide what's best for me, stick with that decision and let go of the 'should' with lots of love. #whatwouldlovedo #ideallife Is it easy? 16.01.2022 No matter how small or big those wins are #timetocelebrate I want to share this reminder with you as I just needed that little bit of perspective shift myself. It’s easy to see the progress people around us make but I tend to be too harsh on my own achievements. Especially starting a new year, a new decade even, when new goals are born, or old ones revived, it’s important to keep track of your own progress. It looks always easier when others do it or at least we can trick our...selves into seeing it that way. #helloshinysocialmedia Even though I chunk down big goals into smaller bite size pieces I sometimes forget to acknowledge ticking of those little milestones. #partyforadanceparty As @lauraseiler wisely says: ‘A WIN IS A WIN IS A WIN’ So let’s act like winners and celebrate our wins no matter how tiny or how huge they are!!! You managed to make your bed this morning? Congratulations!! Pat yourself on the back and do a little happy dance. You did the dishes last night? Woohoo!! You are such a rockstar!!! You already worked out or went for a short walk around the block this week? YES, that’s what gamechangers are made of!!! You even wrote that email you wanted to write since last year already?! Yay!!
