16.01.2022 We like to work with like-minded individuals, people who are focussed on the coffee the same amount they focus on the people. George and Helen have created a beautiful, open and community driven cafe that is much needed in the Northcote area. We are proud to work with these guys and can’t wait for the coffee journey we’re about to embark on with them! Go grab some retail bags and delicious filters brewed by George and his amazing team at @thehub.3070 #fourpalscoffeeroasters #melbournecoffee #melbournecafes @ The Hub 3070

14.01.2022 Bom Jesus farm has been awarded in local and national competitions as one of the best coffees from Alta Mogiana region, the same region Marcelo Brussi’s grandfather was born in 1913, inside a coffee farm. The care and passion from producing high quality coffee has been inherited by Flavia and Gabriel son’s Lucas and Gabriel. Using traditional methods for drying coffee, Bom Jesus is known by its unique coffee flavour and delivers caramel and sweetness to any coffee cup it has been part of. 02.01.2022 "You're a coffee roaster, you must only drink good coffee." Something we hear often that couldn't be further from the truth. The coffee roasting journey is spent drinking lots of bad roasts so that we bring you the best cup we can. Each roast is cupped to ensure quality, consistency and continuous improvement. Want to learn more about the cupping process? Get in touch . We would love to help you learn the fundamentals of tasting good (and bad) coffee.... #fourpalscoffeeroasters #melbournecafes #melbournecoffee
