10.01.2022 OUR TOP TIPS TO PREVENT DENTAL DISEASE Brushing your dogs teeth - use an old toothbrush or one from your local pet shop to remove plaque as it forms on the teeth Dental diets - these biscuits are designed to slow the progression of dental disease. Very helpfull! Dental chews - these treats encourage chewing which breaks down plaque. These treats should be used sparingly as they are often high in calories. Some dental treats we like to use include Oravet, Greenies, de...er antlers or even a good ol' fashioned carrot will do the trick! Regular dental check - We will check your dogs teeth at your yearly vaccination and health check however for some animals dental checks every 3-6 months is beneficial. Dental disease is the build up of plaque on your dogs teeth (food particles, saliva and bacteria) which can cause inflammation of your animals teeth and gums. Some signs your dog may be suffering from dental disease include bad breath, redness of the gums, difficulty eating and pawing at the mouth

09.01.2022 We know there is nothing more important than keeping our four pawed friends safe and comfortable in their own home, but unlike the rest of the family, if they get lost and scared they have no way of communicating where they live or the ability to ask for help. Microchipping ensures peace of mind should your pets go for a wonder, by giving your pet the ability to communicate their identity so they can be brought home safe. After all a house is not a home without our four pa...wed friends. Follow the link below to find out more information on microchipping your pets, or contact us today to arrange a booking. #FourPaws #HereForYourFourPaws #ComfortableConvenientCaring #MobileVetPerth
