24.01.2022 Lest we forget. Today we toast to those who fought for our freedom, our rights and our country.

19.01.2022 Over the weekend we received some fantastic news out of the US... Rare Dry Gin AND Olive Leaf Gin BOTH snapped up GOLD MEDALS at San Francisco World Spirits Competition! San Fran was where Rare Dry Gin first began collecting its now famous blingwith a Double Gold medal all the way back in 2014. And San Francisco was also where Olive Leaf Gin won its first Gold medal, 12 months ago, before it was even officially launched. Every medal and trophy we win is a testament to the c...raftsmanship of Cam and our distilling team, who make sure every single bottle of Four Pillars is made to the best possible standards of purity of spirit, concentration of flavour and good old-fashioned deliciousness. We’re so lucky we get to make gin in Australia, the most delicious place on earth. And we’re so proud to see the craft and flavours of Australia recognised on the world stage time and again. So thanks to all of you for helping us come this far. We’ll be raising a glass to you and to those good gin judges in San Francisco tonight. Cheers! See more

10.01.2022 When Qantas asked us to make a gin for their 100th anniversary, we were chuffed. Our national carrier has become a global business of the highest regard, flying the flag for modern Australia. And that’s exactly what we aspire to be at Four Pillars. We’re proud of where we landed with this gin we’re launching today. QF100 is a big, citrus forward 100 proof gin with bright citrus aromas and soft floral notes. We reckon it encapsulates the spirit of Australia. Qantas challenge...d us to use a botanical from their home in Longreach, Queensland, where they started out in a shed all that time ago. So Cam met with local elder Suzanne Thompson on a massive property handed back to the indigenous community. And the place was literally a giant bush food supermarket! Almost every grass, leaf, berry, and fruit has had a use within the indigenous culture over thousands of years. So bloody cool. There Cam and Suzanne foraged for the star of the gin and they found it in native lemongrass! They knew this aromatic botanical was a winner because it worked well with the other botanicals like macadamia and lemon myrtle. A smallish number of bottles of this piece of history are sitting in our Gin Shops as of right now, get over to fpgin.co/shop. And if you're a lucky bugger stepping into a Qantas Lounge, over the coming months you'll taste this gin in a centenary Longreach Fizz. Cheers to 100 years Qantas!

04.01.2022 Barrel-aged gins are back in business... now! Forgive us for missing our 2020 annual release our distillery team was a bit distracted by ever-changing Covid rules, Changing Seasons Gin and hand sanitiser. But the good news is with two more years of ageing across our two families of barrels, Chardonnay Barrel Gin and Sherry Cask Gin are even better than ever! Each bottling is a blend from across our barrels and they're so delicious you can just drink 'em on the rocks. And for all of y’all waiting to get a hold of our first Single Barrel Release, S31 the time is now! The special barrel filled only 670 bottles, and they've been getting snapped up by our email subscribers over the past couple of days... There are fewer than 100 bottles left so straight to the Gin Shop you go fpgin.co/shop
