21.01.2022 One of our latest joint venture 3 lot projects. Site is now clear and progressing now through to pegging and Sa water meter/sewer connections before titling. 3x new single storey 3 bedroom 2 bathroom torrens title dwellings will be constructed after we received our building permit. It’s a great project and has progressed very quickly considering it was purchased in July and we are only a few weeks away from obtaining our building permit.
08.01.2022 Just secured this incredible Primary Residence in the heart of the city. The story: Our clients are relocating from Sydney to Adelaide for retirement. They wanted a slower paced life, in the city, close to cafes. They looked at every capital city in Australia and chose Adelaide. They had a strict budget of $750,000 and all of these apartments were priced at 850,000. Quite a gap??... 01.01.2022 Development is never straight forward and there are always risks involved just like any investment. There are risks involved with just the buy and hold strategy. One of the biggest risks of development is obtaining relevant approvals. We spend hours and hours with our team of professional consultants such as architects, planners, surveyors and engineers to determine the best plan of attack to approach the councils.... When the DA comes through it’s always a major milestone for all the hard work the team as put into the development to get it to this point.
