24.01.2022 After losing our crop to smoke taint this year we couldn't bear letting all the grapes go to waste after we had pruned, shoot-thinned, fruit-dropped and put so much effort into caring for the vines for the previous twelve months. We ran through the options of things we could make; grape jelly, verjuice, brandy or gin. We didn't think the world needed more grape jelly and, as we enjoy a GnT after a day in the vineyard, gin made sense. We teamed up with @thecanberradistillery and ran through a variety of trials using the Riesling juice to produce something that was delicious and incorporated the character of Riesling. This has been a fun process and one that we hope you will enjoy with your favourite tonic. Now available on our website and in the cellar door.

10.01.2022 The lovely crew at the Murrumbeena Wine Bar in Victoria have packed up some tasting packs for their local customers and we (John and Sarah) are talking through the wines.

10.01.2022 It is taking us a little while to open back up five days a week but we are taking the opportunity to adjust our hours and to continue with the Friday night trading - this would be great in Summer! Now open again for Friday lunch and will stay open into the evening.

08.01.2022 For some reason we have been slow to open back up to our pre-Covid hours but seeing how keen people are to get out on the weekends these last few weeks we feel that now is the time. We are now open 11-4 Monday and Thursday, 12-8pm Friday and 11-5pm Saturday and Sundays. Yay!

04.01.2022 2020 Vermentino - This zesty wine exhibits green apple and pears followed by citrus characters of lemon and lime. This light and crispy wine is perfectly accompanied to fresh seafood or salads and will also pair perfectly with most Asian inspired dishes .

04.01.2022 2020 Mataro Rosé - This dry Rosé is pale pink in colour, with red fruits, savoury herbs and floral aromas. These delicate flavours make this rosé the perfect accompaniment for a warm afternoon.
