25.01.2022 Been a while since we have posted some tasty pics 10 birds has given this customer some yummy meals in the freezer + the doggies get a treat too Boned,rolled & stuffed bird with Apricot & honey macadamia stuffing Beautiful meatloaves(come with grated carrot & zucchini)OPTIONAL~Crumbed rissoles(curried chicken flavour) 1/2 bird roasts~Honey macadamia sausages~Crumbed breast/thigh fillets + cutlets... 25.01.2022 13 rabbits processed this week All were left whole however one was made into diced meat then just a bit of left over trim fed some very spoilt felines

21.01.2022 Some beautiful ducks of which customer got some minced(plain)~Yummy snags made up using a NO Salt Steak Seasoning mix(available Allycats Spice Rack & Home made Delights) then took advantage of our **NEW** $6 Inclusive deal & got some beautiful breast fillets,Marylands & wings Kept all frames for duck stock



21.01.2022 20 by 5 month old roosters made for a good 8.5 kilo of tasty sausages during the week Certainly some tasty meals ahead here

20.01.2022 Our first ever call for processing of Guinea Fowl Customer chose to have these portioned into legs,wings,breast & thigh fillets Guinea Fowl are just $4.50 left whole If wanting portioned ect it will fall under our $6 Inclusive Deal per bird

06.01.2022 We processed 4 quail this week The lovely Sarah shared her delicious meal idea with us Quails marinated in an Asian sticky marinate overnight then baked in the oven Don't they look absolutely mouth water

04.01.2022 7 ducks with 3 left whole then 4 made into 2.5 kg beautiful duck sausages Customer chose Black pepper & worcestershire flavouring

02.01.2022 Our very first call to process some pigeons (squab) The meat is described as tasting like dark chicken by some They certainly came up nice I believe these ones are destined for a slow cooker How do you do yours?
