I still love hairdressing and enjoy working with clients. I'm still very passionate about hairdressing however my focus has changed, and my interests now include more of the running of the business. Therefore, I am needing more time to step back off the floor and work on the business. We are looking for someone to join our amazi...ng team of stylists who is passionate about hairdressing and who also has an interest in management. Someone who has experience in a managerial position within a hairdressing environment would be ideal but not necessary. My team is very important to me and everybody getting along and supporting each other is a must. We are a relatively small team so it is very important that the dynamic is right. we respect each others differences and pull together to help each other when it's needed. The salon has natural light, the atmosphere is light and comfortable. I have weekly 15 minute 1:1 meetings with all team members to track progress, offer support and check that everything is going OK with them, we also have weekly team meetings and in salon training. This varies from product knowledge and role playing to practical training. We have a beautiful clientele who are like an extension of the Fox Hair Family. Customer service and customer care is our number one priority.
