24.01.2022 A 32wcf winchester 1892 half octagonal, half round barrel we have chambered, threaded, headspaced, profiled and cut dovetails for open sites. The barrel started as a chrome moly 308 blank. Because the bore is undersize for a standard 32wcf we made a custom reamer in-house. The threading, chambering and headspacing was done in our haas, the octogan profile was machined on our turret mill and the dovetails were done on our douglas shaper.

21.01.2022 Fitted some Weigand rails to a Ruger GP100 revolver and a Ruger 22/45. The frames had to be drilled and tapped with an extra fine thread......no.6x48. The bases were imported from the US as well as the tooling to do the job by us.

17.01.2022 Re-barrelled 3x 22/250 rifles today. A ruger m77, a sako 571 and a remington m700. We used Pac Nor and Maddco barrels.

04.01.2022 This rifle is a Bugg muzzle loading rifle, 45 cal. A bloke by the name of H.T. Bugg made these over east. They have a reputation for fine accuracy and 1 inch groups at 100 yards were possible. They have heavy bull barrels and are shot from the bench. This particular rifle has a no.10 unc screw in the side of the breach plug for cleaning of the flash hole.....and it had broken off! So, we had the job of removing the broken section of the screw. Circled is the piece of screw we removed next to the hole it came from.
