20.01.2022 Meet 'Pretty'. He is our rescue cat. He arrived as a very scared distrustful kitten at my work and with lots of food and very soft gibberish I eventually won him over. He now loves cuddles and adores every member of the family as much as we adore him (except our other cat, she is just plain anti-social ). Even though he has free range of our home and land, you will often find him in the Cattery as he loves socialising with the other cats. I read a quote this morning that s...aid.. "Saving one animal will not change the world but surely for that one animal, the world will change forever"... This is such a lovely sentiment and so true But I think we can add to that. When this little ball of fluff showed up in my life I was on a mission to make sure he was ok. It has been a long journey but we are finally there but along the way this little man has given me so much. Winning his trust and love was a massive milestone and once achieved he has given it unconditionally. A rescue animal can come with challenges but those challenges are definitely worth the effort. So for Pretty his world has definitely changed but so has mine! And yes Pretty is a funny name for a male cat but he was named for his beautiful eyes and I might have thought he was a female for a long time Dannielle See more
