21.01.2022 It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that as of yesterday, we have had to close the studio in line with the recent government announcements. This means that we will be postponing the remaining 2 weeks of Term 1 and will conclude them once we are able to resume normal operations. We would like to thank you all for your continued support during this difficult time.... Stay safe, stay active and most importantly stay positive. We will get through this!!!! Ps. If you haven't joined our private FPD student group The Fox Den", please contact me so that you can be added and have access to further information & motivating videos.

21.01.2022 We would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the corona virus situation and are doing everything we can to ensure our studio remains a clean and safe place to practice. Please use a common sense approach and avoid practising at the studio if you have a fever or cold/flu like symptoms. You may be asked to leave if we feel that it is the best interest of yourself and our other students.... Please remember to clean your poles before and after use. If you use a mat could you kindly wipe it down before you put it away. We use 100% meths in our spray bottles which will certainly kills those germs! Wash your hands and feel free to use the hand sanitiser (although what we have out for use currently is all that we have). Remember a positive attitude together with clean, healthy eating is the best medicine to support your immune system and maintain a healthy body and mind

16.01.2022 Extremely excited to be re-opening the studio tomorrow after the extreme cold of last week kept our doors firmly closed. Our new term will commence from Monday 29th June and we will be announcing the day and time of our new beginner class shortly. Enquiries are welcome

14.01.2022 I thought I’d share this memory with you all. I can’t believe it will be 8 years since I first started pole. Never in my wildest imagination did I think it would lead to a form of exercise that I’d find totally addictive, the chance to start my own business doing something I’m passionate about and also the opportunity to meet so many beautiful people, many of whom have become very close friends. Thank you to everyone that has assisted and supported me in this amazing journey. I am sooooo looking forward to enjoying many more years of poling, hanging out with my Foxie ladies and sharing what I absolutely love to do None of this would have been possible if I’d not taken that first step, stopped making excuses and taken the plunge.
